A special thank you goes out to all of our supporters, in particularly the following sponsors & individuals

Tom Sprague and Moonshine BBQ have been our biggest supporters since the first golf tournament, we wouldn’t be as successful without them. Tom grew up playing at Sno-King and then in the WHL for the Seattle Thunderbirds–funny story…Ryno saw Tom play for the T-birds when Ryno was 3 years old

“Old Fashion saloon setting with modern day hi-def sports entertainment, 16 northwest drafts and a wide array of crafted moonshine to pair with our house smoked BBQ.”

“Founded in late 2019, Maverick Cares is a member-led ‘good neighbor’ program of Maverick Gaming active in communities where we live and work. Maverick Cares is made possible by partnerships with local community leaders and organizations and is focused on supporting people in need, a community effort made even more critical during the novel coronavirus pandemic.”

Branch Manager, Tommy, is a former local SJHA and Totem player. He has a great passion for giving back to communities and reached out to Olen and Ryno about creating a partnership with SYHA.

“It’s all about service at Academy Mortgage Kirkland, and our company has been meeting the needs of homebuyers across the United States since 1988. We understand how important a home investment is to you and the impact it will have on your life. Therefore, our team of experienced mortgage professionals will make every effort to find the best loan program and pricing for your situation.

Our sole focus is on you—the customer—and you can count on us for exceptional service. A big part of this service experience is that every step of the mortgage loan transaction—processing, underwriting, closing, and funding—is handled locally, which results in our proven track record of closing loans as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We invite you to put us to the test. Let us show you how simple and easy securing a mortgage can be in Washington and Oregon.”

Olen connected with Volt Athletics through Bill McClain, Board Director, and Jess Bultman, Senior Director of Marketing. With Volt’s fitness experience and their leadership team’s desire to give back to the local community, a partnership between Volt and SYHA is a hole-in-one.

“Exercise science research shows that workouts are more effective when part of a long-term, structured plan. Volt creates personalized training plans that  adapt to each user’s feedback—so they get the right workout, every time. Whether it’s training for a specific sport, job, or general health and fitness, Volt shows users exactly what to do to reach their goals.

Volt’s training content is based on 50+ years of exercise science research. Workouts are never randomly generated, but intentionally built to progressively guide people toward their fitness goals at their own pace.”

“We are a unique provider of financial services. Sound Community Bank prides itself on its role as an ethical corporate citizen, sensitive to community issues, the environment, and standards of conduct that make us unique and caring. Sound Community Bank continues to develop a style we associate with small companies rather than bureaucracies. Excited about the growth of hockey in Seattle, Aaron Blank, CEO & President, contacted Ryno in 2019 to show his support and to find ways to partner The Fearey Group with SYHA.

“When The Fearey Group’s founder Pat Fearey set up shop in 1981, she was a renegade. In a male-dominated industry she proved it wasn’t about which clubs you belonged to, it was about real relationships and fearless thinking. Since 1981, The Fearey Group has become one of the most respected PR firms in the region. The firm was founded to push boundaries—to test the status quo—to do amazing things. Our roots are connected to the early years of Bumbershoot, one of Seattle’s iconic music festivals.

In 2005, Aaron Blank joined the firm. In 2012, he took over as president, and on January 1, 2014, Aaron became owner and CEO. He has grown and expanded the firm, primarily through his focus on innovation and quality—and in making sure that The Fearey Group keeps that renegade mentality. The firm has expanded its branding and marketing services to keep up with the changing communications landscape, and geographically the firm also has grown, extending to include both Montana and California, with local representation in Billings and Los Angeles.

The firm’s mission is to build trusting and enduring relationships, one conversation at a time. Its vision is to be the best communications firm in the Pacific Northwest.

We value long-term business relationships. We’re guessing you do too.”

Owner-operator, Traver McLeod, expanded his hockey shop from Missoula to the Seattle area and in doing so reached out to see how Hockeywolf-Lacrossewolf could give back to the community. Since then, Hockeywolf has become the official equipment supplier for SYHA, including assisting SYHA in outfitting one of our scholars in need of new equipment.

“Hockeywolf started as a one-man show in a little mall store in Missoula, Montana and has grown to be an international team sales dealer and 4-location retail business. Our growth continues to be based on two principles: service to our customers and love of hockey. Our employees are trained and motivated to assist every level of player and team.

We make shopping easy and enjoyable, whether you’re just looking for a perfect sharpening or a set of custom jerseys and gloves for your entire association. It’s our pleasure to see people feeling comfortable and looking good, playing the sport we all love.”
